Friday evening, January 16th, I came home from after twelve hours of work to find a beautiful icicle display covering my front door. Upon opening my garage door and finding a 1/2 inch of water covering the entire floor - with more seeping from the inner wall of my home, I knew I was in trouble.
After shutting off my main water line and calling to report my claim to my insurance company, I setoff on the task, of finding a plumber so I could get my water back up and running. After 9pm on a Friday night, I knew that task potentially could be a grim one.
I cannot to begin to tell you how relieved I was to discover that your company returned my call within fifteen minutes. Three other companies I still am waiting to hear from as of today. It was such a delight to discover a company that delivers what they advertise - a fast response, 24 hour emergency service and me being your priority.
Steve was extremely professional when he phoned me back Saturday morning to see if i still needed assistance. I figured with the current weather conditions, I wouldn.t be seeing anyone until much later that day - if at all. When he told me someone would be over in 45 minutes, it took all I had not to start crying with relief.
The technician arrived within the time frame I was given and promptly and expertly located and resolved my problem. I was back up and running with water in about an hour. Your company should consider itself extremely fortunate to have employees like Walt who treat your customers with respect. Not only did he talk to me on a level I could relate to (no, plumbing is obviously not my forte), but he was even concerned when having to damage my foyer wall to get to the core of the problem and that I provide him with a garbage bag so he wouldn.t make a mess with all the pieces he was removing. Many people would never even considered that. They would just come in, do their job and leave.
If in the the future I need a plumber again (and no offense, but I'm crossing my fingers it won't be in the very near future), I will not hesitate before calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Dear Rich:
I would like to take this opportunity to say how please I am with my newly remodeled bathroom.
From the very start, I got three estimates. Agentis was not the lowest, not the highest but it was your willingness to work with me on color schemes and materials and changes that I wanted, which made me decide on using Agentis. There was no rush or high pressure sales and no impatience.
When the work started, I was surprised at the neatness as I expected a large mess only to find my house at the end of the day when I returned home from work to be slightly dusty but as neat as I left it. Even the outside where sawed, etc. was swept. (At the end of each day, Walt even left my cat out of her confinement room, which I know she really appreciated!)
The work was done in a timely manner, Walt showed up on time in the morning even giving me consideration that I had to leave for work. I was also surprised that you were on the job to make sure it was going as planned. The final day when my bathroom was completed I found little things done that I thought I would have to do like hanging the shower curtain and mounting the cup holder. Plus everything sparkled. Walt left me a nice note to enjoy the new room.
All of this plus the expert workmanship that was done, I would highly recommended Agentis to anyone contemplating a bathroom makeover.

I live in a mobile home and it is tight working quarters but your people never complained.

On January 30th of this year, I awoke to about 4 inches of water in the basement of my new house. I immediately contacted a plumber friend of mine from the City of Allentown for advice. You see i am a small contractor, and had a medium grade power snake for my properties. After a few hours of trying, I asked my friend if he knew anyone with an .aqua snake.. he sent over his buddy, a representative from .Roto Rooter Plumbing.
After about 10 minutes of looking at the problem, the representative from Roto Rooter decided he wouldn.t even make an effort to clean the drain...for fear of damaging his snake, and a few other excuses.
I was up the creek, or so I thought. (Call the backhoe). It just so happened as I stepped outside, I heard a low rumbling sound coming from across the street. In front of the house was your truck from MR. ROOTER. I walked over in the snow and spoke with your man Martin Gross about my problem.I asked if he could possibly come over and look at my situation when he was finished with my neighbor. After calling your dispatcher on the phone, your company agreed to send Martin Gross "right over".
To make a long story short, with the use of your sewer line cam, and a good man who knows what he is doing, my drain was clean in about 20 minutes. Martin Gross could have left my house at that point...(with me a completely happy customer by the way,) but he went the extra mile, not only to show ME exactly what was going on, but ran the snake, and camera back through the pipe a few more times for good measure.
Martin Gross made the differance. My sincere thanks for going the extra mile for the customer. That after all is what a good business, and repeat business is all about! Keep Uncloggin' Em'!!!
